Philip Colt Moss was born and raised in the state of Iowa. Originally from Des Moines, Moss and his family relocated to the community of West Des Moines when he was in the sixth grade. Colt Moss attended college at the University of Iowa, and currently practices law as an attorney at the law firm of Wandro and Associates.
